Before Ordering
Please make sure to check the product’s size, color, features, real pictures, etc. before placing an order.
Delivery :
We deliver all over Nepal, with home delivery and cash-on-delivery services available in all cities, including the Kathmandu Valley. For other areas, we send parcels via courier and air cargo.
For out of valley delivery :
Home Delivery means the product will be delivered to your door.
Cash on delivery means your parcel will be sent to the nearest courier office, where you can pay and collect it..
Currently, we do not have any branch offices outside the valley. Therefore, all deliveries to out-of-valley locations are made via transport, courier, or air cargo.
For within Kathmandu valley delivery :
Home Delivery and Cash on delivery both means same.
Exchange and return:
— Please make sure to check the product’s warranty period before placing an order.
— If the product has any defects, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for non-warranty products.
— For defects in warranty or branded products within the warranty period, you may contact the company directly or reach out to us, and we will assist you in contacting them.
